Network Stunts
Special films require special marketing stunts, and media promotions can deliver in spades. From network takeovers to in-show integrations, a splashy effort can put a film on the map and generate press as well as social buzz.
Deadpool / Viacom / 2016
The campaign for the first Deadpool film was just as much fun to work on as the movie itself. We had a phenomenally supportive lead actor that was willing to get into the suit to shoot as much content as we wanted, so we created a lot of content! Our partnership with Viacom was grand in scale: five networks, nine commercial free shows, 31 commercial breaks to fill. Deadpool was up to the challenge!

Snatched / Viacom / 2017
Coming off the success of the Deadpool takeover stunt, we worked with the team at Viacom to create a similar program for “Snatched”. The seed of the idea was a “Taken” spoof, and it grew exponentially from there. Shot over four days on two coasts in three different locations, the end result was one we were all very proud of! The content aired the two weeks before release on eight different Viacom networks in eight original episodes of their popular shows, all with digital and social amplification.

Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb / NBCU Symphony Program / 2014
The final installment of the Night at the Museum franchise needed a huge stunt, and our partners at NBCU delivered: “Secret of the Tomb” became the first ever live-action Symphony program. As luck would have it, the filmmakers were preparing to shoot three days of pickup shots for the movie just as we confirmed the program. With a lot help from Shawn Levy and the film’s production team, we were able to tack on two days of shooting with the cast, on set, in character. The end result was 16 different pieces of content — eight of which are showcased below — that aired on ten of NBCU’s networks from Thanksgiving to release.
